As you well know you encounter hundreds of people in the run up to a wedding - no one was more professional, more caring, more genuine than you.

Mum and I used to look forward to coming to your shop each time and as you probably noticed we never wanted to leave! Mum could have sat in her chair drinking coffee all day long!

'If your original mission was to create a shop where brides their mothers can have the most enjoyable experience when dress-shopping then you have 100% succeeded.

My dress although slightly dirty now is still (7 weeks on) hanging in the landing - as none of us want to stop looking at the beautiful masterpeice that it was.

Hello Hayley,

As promised some photos of our wedding. There was no rain, in the end it turned out to be what felt like the hottest day of the year!

I felt so beautiful in my dress all day, but the outfit was really made by the veil and the shoes! I was quite sad to take it all off to tell you the truth.

I can't tell you how special i felt all day in all the wonderful things from your shop and can't thank you enough.

I also just want to thank you for the amazing service we got with you, you made the whole experience so relaxing and joyful!

Here are a few words about my experience at the shop

I had planned to get a dress made by some vintage lace shop in London, unfortunately things didn't really work out and about 4 days before flying to Sardinia for the wedding I found myself suddenly with nothing to wear for the big day. That's when I walked into Hayley's shop with very little time and desperate for help. Less then 2 hours later I was home, happy and relaxed and assured that my new perfect dress would be ready and packed for me to take to the airport on Saturday. The service was excellent, no time wasted, really tried to understand what I was looking for and in fact I bought the 2nd dress I was shown! Because of my timing I could only get a sample dress but if you go well in advance there are some gorgeous dresses that will definitely inspire you even if you started out wanting to look 'simple', like most brides claim
